Fitness Plan - Day 5 of Workout

 fitnessplan091Today’s workout was quite simple - I had to get my strength up. And not just that, I needed to increase my strength without lowering my speed. The easiest way to accomplish this is actually to eat red bugs! These bugs give you +15 on Strength without any damage to your speed, so voila! About six of these bugs would do.

Fitness Plan - Day 4 of Workout

I’ve finally filled my Endurance meter! And with fifteen minutes to spare, I decided to get started on my Speed. This was the result of today’s workout:

Here’s my progress for today’s half an hour workout, and hoorah!- I’ve entered the green stage of the meter!

fitnessplan07From here on, it should be easier to increase my Speed and Strength meter, but I’d still like to max out the Endurance meter. So another day of jogging should do.

Fitness Plan - Day 2 of Workout

In the span of half an hour of me jogging down Long Blvd, I daresay I increased my Endurance meter. 

fitnessplan05Since yesterday, I easily doubled the progress but there’s also something to note. There is a correlation between the hunger meter and the other stats. Silly me, I didn’t check my stats page to see if my hunger meter went down in the process of my working out alas, as I checked for my final results of the day, it seems it did.

This does explain the reason that my endurance didn’t increase as fast as it did at the beginning of today’s work session. So be sure to keep your Hunger meter in the green if you’re wanting to get the most out of your workout.

Fitness Plan - Day 1 of Workout

The first you want to do is to get your Endurance up. Once you get this going, getting your Speed and Strength to increase becomes muc easier, and in order to get your Endurance up, you must Jog.

So today, I spent my whole workout session jogging. But first, I had to buy some lemonades and trout. The lemonades I’ll save for later, but the trouts I devoured on the spot. Getting your hunger meter full is a must.

I immediately set off for the longest street in Sociotown, Long Blvd, and began jogging. The reason for picking Long Blvd is because taking long strides affect your Endurance meter more than taking a lot of short ones. 

After roughly half an hour of jogging, two trouts, and over eleven lemonades, I’ve already seen some progress on my meter.

As you can see, it takes quite a bit of time to fill your endurance meter.

Here are the basic items you’ll need in order to get the most out of your workout. The shirts can be found in Iron Mike’s, the trout in Low-Mart, and the lemonade in Burger Despot. Be sure to get a few lemonades if you’re in for a serious workout session.
