Staying Healthy
Staying healthy in Sociotown is like in real life. Depending on your health, your energy recovering time will vary.

How to Increase Health: Your health increases if your Hunger attribute is above the half mark and gets a boost when the player is jogging, running, or lifting weights.

Decreasing Health: If your health is below the half mark, your health will gradually decrease. It also decreaes if your player is attacked by another player. There is also a chance that your player's health will go down if a person nearby coughs.
