Earning Experience Points can be done several different ways - doing missions and jobs.
Missions: Earning experience points here require you to complete the mission according to what your Sponsor wanted you to do. However, every mission will give your player points regardless, unless you object in doing the mission.
Jobs: Different jobs give you different amount of experience points.
