The Interview: During the interview, the Store Manager will ask you a series of questions in which will determine if you will get the job or not. They will see if you had previous jobs, criminal records, and might make a note on your attire. After the interview, they will send a letter the next day with the results.

On the Job: Once you received the letter from the Store Manager saying you've gotten the job, go to your job and click on the employee that assigned you the job. There will be an option asking if you would like to start work. Say 'yes'. Your screen will darken and there will be a time ticking away. During this time, you cannot do anything on Sociotown but stay as is for the remaining time. However, you aren't forced to keep the browser open while you're on the job. You are able to log out and the time will continue to tick away.
