When you select your moped from your list, you will see this interface with directions:
Simply enough:
Navigate: arrow keys
Horn: space bar
Shift Gears:ctrl
Stop Driving: Red Button on the top right corner

You will also notice that there is a Fuel bar on the top right corner. You will have to refill the fuel if it gets low.
